This is the Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy“) for the website located at www.canettidesigngroup.com and all corresponding web pages associated with the foregoing URL (“Site“), and any communications offered by us through the Site (collectively, and together with the Site, the “Store“). Please review our FAQ which governs your use of and purchases from our Store.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we want to make sure you know how we collect and use your Personal Information. When we use the term “Personal Information” we mean any information that we collect on or in connection with the Store that would allow someone to identify you or contact you, such as your full name, address, email address, payment card information or telephone number. When we use the term “Additional Information“, we mean any information that we collect about you through the Store other than Personal Information. (Personal Information and Additional Information shall be collectively referred to as “Information“).

1. Information We Collect About You and Why

Communications: You may be presented with the opportunity to sign up to receive newsletters, and email communications from us in order for us to provide up-to-date information about our Store, and to publicize and promote certain products or sales. When you sign up to receive such communications, we will ask for your contact details such as name and email address and we will ask you to confirm your consent to these uses at the time you sign up for these communications.

Payment Information: In order to make a purchase directly from our Store, we will ask for your payment details including name, address(es), phone number, email, credit card number and associated information. We need this Information in order to successfully process your payment, and make sure you get the products you want quickly and easily! When we collect this data, prior to completing your purchase, we will ask you to confirm that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy and our collection of such Personal Information.

Cookies and Automatic Data Collection: The Site may use “cookies,” (which are small data files containing information about you that is stored on your hard drive), “embedded scripts”, and other similar tracking technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies“) to collect Additional Information automatically as you interact with the website. 3. User Choice, Withdrawl of Consent and Access

Marketing and Promotional Communications: Users who have consented to receive any email communications from us can unsubscribe by either following the instructions included in each email we send, or you may “opt-out” of receiving marketing and promotional emails from us at any time by sending an email to us at info@canettidesigngroup.com detailing your privacy request. Please note that “opt-out” and “unsubscribe” requests may not take effect immediately and may take a reasonable amount of time to receive, process and apply, during which time your Information shall remain subject to the prior privacy settings.

Payment Information: If you have made a purchase through our Store, we may save your Information such as your name, address, and phone number. This allows us to review your purchase and account history. We do not save any payment information such as your credit card number, expiration date, or security code, and that data is only used for processing the payment at the time of purchase. If you want to view, modify, or request to delete any Personal Information we have stored, you can send an email to info@canettidesigngroup.com and we will do our best to fulfill your request within 10 business days.

4. Security

While no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure from intrusion, we maintain commercially reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your Personal Information. However, regardless of our efforts and the Device you use to access the Store, it is possible that third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications over an unsecured transmission. Therefore, pursuant to the California Civil Code, we are not required to maintain or disclose a list of the third parties that received your Personal Information for marketing purposes during the preceding year. For all requests, please clearly state that the request is related to “Your California Privacy Rights”, include your name, street address, city, state, zip code and email address (your street address is optional if you wish to receive a response to your request via email) and indicate your preference on how our response to your request should be sent (email or postal mail). We will not accept requests via the telephone or by fax. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or do not have complete information.

We do not knowingly and actively collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that any child under this age (or the minimum age based on your country/region or local law) has provided their Personal Information to us, please contact us at info@canettidesigngroup.com and we will take steps to delete that Information.

From time to time we may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our Information collection, or use and disclosure practices, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting.
