When will my order be shipped?

Most in-stock items will ship within 48 hours, and usually same day or next day. If an order is back-ordered we will advise you by email.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via FedEx from our New York warehouse. If you would like us to use your FedEx or UPS account please let us know when you place your order.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is just outside of New York City.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. However, only orders to be shipped to the United States and Canada may be placed online. Please contact us by email, fax or phone to place orders to be shipped outside the USA or Canada.

What is your return policy?

To return an item to our company, please follow these steps:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of our ship date to you.
  • Item(s) must be in original packaging, in resalable condition.
  • Contact us by e-mail at advising us of your wish to return the item(s).
