Return Policy

To return an item to our company, please follow these steps:

• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of our ship date to you.
• Item(s) must be in original packaging, in resalable condition.
• Contact us by e-mail at store@canettidesigngroup.com advising us of your wish to return the item(s).
• Include a brief note referencing your order number.

Please note that personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
