Shipping policy

When will my order be shipped?

Most in-stock items will ship within 2 to 3 business days. If an order is back-ordered we will advise you by email. Please note that orders made after 3pm ET will be processed the next business day. Our warehouse is not open Saturday, Sunday. 

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS from our New York warehouse. If you would like us to use your FedEx or UPS account please let us know when you place your order.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is just outside of New York City.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. However, only orders to be shipped to the United States and Canada may be placed online. Please contact us by email, fax or phone to place orders to be shipped outside the USA or Canada.
